When's the last time you received a handwritten thank you card in the mail? Wouldn't it be lovely to bring back this trend? In this week's Branded Buzz, Peter Lamb of Lamb Consulting explains how writing a thank you card to a potential client after a sales pitch is a great way to be memorable and close the deal.


He also explains why you, as a seller, need to be at the table when the conversation about your offering continues after the pitch.


"Because I would never trust anybody else to do the presentation as well as you did," Lamb said.
