Transform your sales presentation skills at our mini boot camp; register now

Presentation skills are essential for any account executive looking to create and deliver persuasive and engaging sales presentations that drive sales and build lasting relationships with advertisers.

Our next sales boot camp will be a presentation skills-focused two-week mini boot camp on Thursday June 22nd and Thursday June 29th. We are happy to provide the mini boot camp free to anyone who would like to participate!

We hope to equip sales reps with the tools and techniques to effectively convey the importance of branded content for advertisers leading to better relationships and long-term revenue for local media organizations.

Some of the topics we'll be covering include:

  • Understanding your customer

  • Structuring the presentation deck

  • Verbal and nonverbal communication

  • How to handle objections

  • Practice and feedback

Media consultant Peter Lamb of Lamb Consulting will be on the calls to offer his incredibly effective sales advice.

Evelyn Castro of La Prensa De Houston, who participated in our most recent boot camp, said Lamb's advice of using the happy meal concept, which includes bundling packages much like the idea behind McDonald's famous kids' meal, was an enlightening idea.

"Once I heard the whole happy meal, it kinda opened my eyes to a whole new level of pitches because I found that we don't break it down," she said. "That was definitely an eye-opener."

Mathew Dominguez of Dallas Voice also participated in our first quarter boot camp and said that presentation skills discussed was something he took of value from the training.

"One of the main things I constantly try to think about and is in the back of my head is going to be confidence and believing in what you're selling whenever you're going to be pitching that idea, because the way that you present yourself and the way you speak, I've always felt that is very important," he said.

The mini boot camp is open to all sales reps who want to advance their branded content presentation skills. Sign up here!
