Engaging summer content to present to local advertisers now

June brings with it the start of one of the best seasons for selling: summer. People love getting outside and enjoying all the things they couldn’t in the colder months, including:

  • Grilling and hosting barbecues.

  • House, yard and car maintenance.

  • Car and home shopping.

  • Enjoying nature and the outdoors.

  • Traveling.

These activities (and many more) provide a whole host of sponsorship opportunities. You can leverage The Meta Branded Content Project’s wide variety of quality, engaging content to connect brands with the consumers they are trying to reach.

Articles in each of the 10 series include plenty of that summer-themed content. For example, Active Aging has articles on hosting a fruit party and a guide to pickleball. Healthy Living includes things like keto-friendly desserts and frequently asked questions for fitness beginners. Meanwhile, Women’s Wellness features the best exercises for women on their period and foods that fight fatigue. That’s exactly the kind of content retirement facilities, grocery stores, recreation centers, gyms, hospitals, big-box retailers, women’s wellness centers, doctor’s offices and many more want to sponsor.

Cannabis Weekly has lots of exciting June content that the dispensaries and growers will love, such as must-have summer accessories, the best strains for managing depression and how to make a tincture.

For the home improvement stores, HVAC and plumbing providers, furniture stores and landscaping companies, Home Sweet Home and Finances FYI include guides to unclogging drains and water softening, how to create a reading nook and checklists for first-time homebuyers. Plus, for the auto repair shops and car dealerships, Car Care has insights into bumper-to-bumper inspections, a guide to buying an electric vehicle and how to spruce up your ride with a custom car wrap.

Parenting Today includes some of my personal favorites in June, including fun Father’s Day crafts, activity ideas for getting kids outside and how to bring the family back around the dinner table. Home and decor and craft stores love this kind of stuff, as do big-box retailers and supermarkets.

Last but not least, Travel Time—our newest series—opens doors for you to connect with a new genre of brands, such as airlines and airports, travel agencies, booking sites, hotels and more. June’s destination feature focuses on how to experience Travel + Leisure’s 2022 Destination of the Year, Mexico, like never before. Content coming also includes the best theme parks in the world (hello, family vacation!) and how to book the cheapest flights.

Don’t wait to start presenting this content to potential summer sponsors. June will be here before you know it, and getting ahead is critical to finding sales success.

Happy selling!
